Additional information:

ACT Alliance is a global alliance of more than 140 churches and faith-based organisations working together in the areas of development, humanitarian work and advocacy in all regions of the world. The ACT Alliance is committed to supporting its members in developing their Child Safeguarding Policies, in developing plans for training and awareness-raising on Child Safeguarding and Child Protection in communities where they or their partners work.

The ACT Alliance Youth Participation Community of Practice aims to grow youth participation in ACT Alliance and to ensure that youth are treated as agents of change and have their voices heard. Many ACT Alliance member organisations are working with youth-related issues, having intergenerational approaches and having their own youth organisations.

Advocating for Climate Justice is a priority for the ACT Alliance. The Disaster Risk Reduction, Climate Change Adaptation and Sustainable Development ACT Alliance Community of Practice encourages ACT members to build disaster risk reduction and climate change adaptation into their work.
